About Learning Masters

Al Frank, founder of Learning Masters, completed his B.A. and Ph.D. in psychology at the University of Minnesota, having focused on human learning, applied behavior analysis and performance improvement.
Al began his career with 3M as a Senior Instructional Designer. He also worked as a training manager with CPT Corporation in the early 1980s and as a member of the executive management team with Wilson Learning for eight years.
