- Analysis In preparation for all projects, we conduct a multi-method needs analysis.
- Design Following the needs analysis research, we develop a design document that serves as a “blueprint” for training.
- Development During development we write and produce the deliverables specified in the design.
- Implementation For seminars and workshops we train your trainers to facilitate the training we develop.
- Evaluation We use two types of evaluation related to training development — formative and summative.
