principles and instructional design technology
to develop effective training programs.

  1. Analysis In preparation for all projects, we conduct a multi-method needs analysis.
  2. Design Following the needs analysis research, we develop a design document that serves as a “blueprint” for training.
  3. Development During development we write and produce the deliverables specified in the design.
  4. Implementation For seminars and workshops we train your trainers to facilitate the training we develop.
  5. Evaluation We use two types of evaluation related to training development — formative and summative.
