- Design – Following the needs analysis research, we develop a design document that serves as a “blueprint” for training. When time is tight, we will use our “Fast-Track Design Process” to shorten the time taken to agree on the training solution that meets your needs
- Development – During development, we write and produce the deliverables, specified in the design. In this collaborative process, we work with our clients to create their training
- Implementation – If desired for seminars and workshops, we instruct your trainers as to facilitation of the developed training
- Evaluation – We use formative and summative assessment in order to evaluate training development
